About The Role
The Assistant Roofing Manager plays a crucial role in daily operations that ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years of roofing experience who can assist our Roofing Manager in surveying and installing our roofing projects.
A qualified candidate possesses strong knowledge in different roofing materials and systems. They will also have demonstrated solid management abilities and good communication skills as this job will require working within and leading teams. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and a problem solver.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute tasks related to roofing, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and remodeling projects.
- Manage others and communicate clearly (Spanish is a plus)
- Organize schedule and work independently
- Utilize project management software
